The Kitchen

The open, modern kitchen, remodeled in 2007, has a large 5-burner gas stove with wide double rack oven. The kitchen has two sink stations, ample cabinets for the large inventory of plates, bowls and glasses necessary for multi-course dining. Guests will find a small refrigerator in the adjoining large pantry as well as a modest size refrigerator in the main kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with a good selection of baking dishes and cooking implements, plenty of counter space plus a microwave and coffee makers.

The large, east-facing window brings in sunlight and a soft breeze into this efficient workspace. The chateau's old original copper pots adorn the walls above the cabinetry adding a note of rustic charm to the new "cuisine".
